Welcome to MKT Sharks. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. These terms apply to all users, including “Sharks,” property owners, real estate agents, and visitors.

2. Definitions

• “Sharks”: Individuals or entities subscribed to the Shark Plan, gaining access to exclusive features and services.
• Property Owners/Real Estate Agents: Individuals or entities listing properties on our platform.
• Visitors: Individuals browsing the platform without registering or listing properties.

3. Eligibility

Users must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into legally binding agreements under Pakistani law.

4. User Responsibilities

• Accurate Information: Users must provide accurate and up-to-date information. Misrepresentation may lead to suspension or termination.
• Compliance with Laws: Users must comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
• Prohibited Activities: Users are prohibited from engaging in fraudulent activities, posting misleading property listings, transmitting harmful code, or violating intellectual property rights.

5. Listing Properties

• Accuracy: Property owners and agents must ensure that all listings are accurate and not misleading.
• Authorization: Users must have the legal right to list the property.
• Compliance: Listings must comply with applicable laws and regulations.

6. Subscription Plans

• Shark Plan: Details, pricing, and duration are provided on our platform.
• Payments: All payments must be made in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).
• Refunds and Cancellations: MKT Sharks does not offer refunds. Cancellations can be made at any time but will not result in a refund.

7. Appointment Bookings

• Unlimited Appointments: Sharks can book unlimited appointments.
• Prohibition of Fake Appointments: Submitting fake appointments is prohibited. Users submitting 10 or more fake appointments in a month may be suspended or terminated.

8. Dispute Resolution

All disputes will be resolved through legal action under the laws of Pakistan.

9. User Termination Policy

MKT Sharks reserves the right to terminate a user’s access for violating these terms. No refunds will be provided upon termination.

10. Liability for Listings & Transactions

MKT Sharks is a facilitator and not liable for disputes between buyers and sellers regarding property listings, transactions, or agreements.

11. Privacy Policy

We are committed to protecting user privacy in accordance with Pakistani laws. Our Privacy Policy outlines how we collect, use, and protect user information.

12. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of updated terms.

13. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Pakistan.
