Join MKT Sharks by selecting a subscription plan that suits you. Get access to property listings and other tools to help you succeed.
Use the platform to share and market property listings. Schedule appointments with potential buyers and help close deals.
Receive commissions for successful sales and referral bonuses when you invite others to join MKT Sharks.
For Estate Agencies
Estate agencies either contact MKT Sharks or are contacted by us. We then sign a contract that specifies the commission percentage MKT Sharks will receive upon each sale or rental.
Once contracted, MKT Sharks creates a dedicated Estate Agency account along with individual agent accounts.
Agents register under the agency account and are approved by MKT Sharks.
Approved agents can start posting property listings directly on the platform.
For Direct Sellers:
Direct sellers must contact MKT Sharks to initiate the listing process.
We discuss and agree on a commission percentage for each sale or rental.
Once terms are agreed upon, MKT Sharks handles the listing process and posts the property on the platform on behalf of the seller.
For Visitors
Browse our wide range of property listings to find your ideal home or investment opportunity.
Book an appointment with a Shark to tour the property or request additional information.
Work with MKT Sharks to finalize your purchase, ensuring a smooth and professional transaction.
Additional Points
All Sharks must join our dedicated Sharks Zoom channel immediately after subscribing. This channel connects you directly with MKT Sharks for live sessions, updates, and real-time discussions.
Additional booking opportunities (e.g., Virtual Property Tour, Rental Property Viewing, Lawyer's appointments and other industries ) will be included in your subscription, adding further value.
